Born on 27^th March, 1958 at Kunkavav, Amreli District.

           She took her Secondary School education from Prakash Higher Secondary School, Ahmedabad; Convent Little Flower School, Dibrugarh (Assam); and Loreto Convent from Ranchi (Bihar).

           She obtained her B.Sc. (Microbiology) from M.G. Science Institute, Ahmedabad, M.Sc. (Microbiology) from University School of Science; and LL.B. from Sir L.A. Shah Law College, Ahmedabad.

           She enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Gujarat from 10th July, 1992.

           Her rich experience reflects in here tenure as an Assistant Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor. Her moral excellence and analytical skill enabled to have a mastery in Constitutional, Civil and Criminal matters. A decent gentle woman, with an unique touch of humanity. She has endeared herself to all who came in her contact.

           Elevated as Additional Judge of Gujarat High Court on 8th October, 2004 and confirmed as Permanent Judge on 9th August, 2007
