Born on 16/5/1958, Graduated in 1979. Completed LL.B from Gujarat University in 1982. Enrolled as an Advocated on the rolls of the Bar Council of Gujarat on 19/7/1982. Practised in the High Court of Gujarat. Was the Additional Standing Counsel for Central Government and Retainer Counsel for C.B.I. Was also counsel for various Municipalities, Nagarpalikas, Panchayats, Educational Institutions and Insurance Companies. Appeared in large number of cases in various branches of law including matters of constitutional importance and involving great public interest. Also appeared in large number of cases in Central Excise and Customs Law on behalf of Union of India. Appeared in many important criminal matters representing C.B.I. Handled Civil, Service and Labour Law cases also. |
