| The Academy is interested in purchasing following Books. The Concerned
Publisher / Bookseller may contact the Academy with their OFFER. 1.0 Library:
1.1 The Academy has a library consisting of more than 6000 law books and 285 other than law
books for the benefit of trainee judges.
1.2 The following periodical Law Journals are available at the Academy: |
- (a)All India Reporter
- (b)Criminal Law Journal
- (c) Supreme Court Cases(Civil)
- (d) Supreme Court Cases(Criminal)
- (e) Gujarat Law Reporter
- (f) Gujarat Law Herald

1.3 The softwares relating to Law and Judiciary like GLR-Online, The Laws, Supreme Court Cases, Criminal Law Journals and All India Reports are installed in the computers of Director and Deputy Director. Internet facility with Wi-Fi System is also available in the Academy Hall.

2.0 Computer Lab:
20 computers are available with the Gujarat State Judicial Academy for imparting training. 2 computers are recieved from NJA, Bhopal. 20 hours Computer Training is prescribed in the syllabus of the Induction Training for the newly recruited Civil Judges. |
3.0 Training Class-rooms/conference halls.
The Academy has three class-rooms. Two Class rooms have capacity of 50 seats and one class room has capacity of 25 seats. |
4.0 Teaching tools employed.
The Academy has facilities of the LCD Projector, flip charts and over head projector. |
5.0 Recreation facilities:
Various Magazine / news papers (two in regional and two in English language), Chessboard, Carom board, Television Set, etc. are available for recreation. |
6.0 Transport Facility:
The Academy has purchased one Luxury Bus having capacity of 45 seats for transportation of trainee judges from Government Guest House (Vishramgruh) to the Academy and also for the visits of various departments during the training Programmes.The Academy has two cars for transportation of visiting faculty members.
